Returns

Trifletots accepts returns within a 7 day period from date you received your items. Any returns after this 7 day period unfortunately will not be refunded.

Exchanges

All exchanges on items provided the item is returned unused and in original packaging including tags. Returns that are not in the original state will be returned to the customer and no exchange or refund will be provided.

Sale Items

Unfortunately sale items can not be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Refunds

If the item you received is damaged, we will review the item & should the item be factory defect we will replace this for you at no extra fee.

IMPORTANT NOTE :

It is your responsibility to check that the items you’ve ordered are correct. If you’ve received wrong items or a shortage thereof, please contact us within 7 days via email.

Returns or Exchange

If you need to return or exchange an item, please email us at info@trifletots.co.za for us to arrange the collection for you. Kindly note all courier cost for returns and exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer. If there is a manufacturing defect, we will refund the courier fee to you.
